THE BEATLES REPRESENT AN ERA!
I feel extremely old when the kids today do not even know who the Beatles are! How can that be? They are only one of the best classic rock bands ever! I grew up with their songs and listening to them now brings back many memories.
Without the Beatles' music, there would have been less classic rock bands. There would have been no avenue for other musicians to travel down and explore the wonders of eclectic sound. The Beatles were, and perhaps still are, a classic rock band that many musicians look up to for inspiration and encouragement.
The boys in the band had a sound that was distinctly their own. Yet, every song, each rhythm and lyric was different and showed their skills in attempting new ways to experience music.
The songs of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr will live forever and always represent the beginning of classic rock bands.
